The Place To Meet Coffee Shop has been a work-in-progress ever since my children were small. I was always looking for a venue that would satisfy their needs and mine. Our needs were simple: Somewhere I could meet my friends with our children where they were actually thought about rather than an afterthought. A place where the pencils were sharp, the floors weren't sticky and the menu offered something for everyone. But not a compromise. I wanted to frequent a place where I could enjoy a good cup of tea (I didn't drink coffee back in the day) and tasty food in a contemporary environment. A place where children, teens and adults of all ages could enjoy the same space. Somehow, eventually, a decade and a half later, all the sticky notes, scribblings, clippings from here there and everywhere together with the muddle that is my brain have come to fruition and the result is The Place To Meet; the coffee shop for everyone.
